According to a recent study by Adobe, creative people including those working in graphic design, web design, photography, and illustration, are pretty darn happy at work! The online survey found that creative professionals are largely optimistic about the future and satisfied with their jobs. When asked what motivates them most, over half of creatives rank doing great work (54%) and learning new things (52%) higher than financial rewards (37%) or employer recognition. More happy statistics: 96% of creatives are happy in their career, and 88% believe that the creative industry’s best days are yet to come. Such optimism! It’s no wonder why we love coming to work every day! : )
